Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee and deliver end-to-end implementation and consulting projects. You will be responsible for managing resources, ensuring projects align with client goals, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ERP, CRM, and business improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts.
• Ensure clear communication between internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status reports to clients and management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in ERP, CRM, or software implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
